BridgeApp (bridgeapp.ai) is an intelligent next-generation workspace platform, designed specifically for IT and product teams, as well as small and medium-sized businesses. On-premise deployment with a lifetime license and full data ownership.
It unifies chats, tasks, documents, databases, and AI tools in a single space — helping teams work faster, smarter, and more securely, without the need to switch between multiple disconnected services.

Let’s begin with the onboarding process and available system sections
Access to a BridgeApp workspace is invitation-only. To invite a new member, a workspace admin must:
An invitation email with a unique registration link will be sent to the specified address.

The user is automatically redirected to the Home Page, where they can begin working.
You can add external contacts in BridgeApp without inviting them as internal users by sharing your public profile. To do this, open your profile and find your QR code or profile link. Copy the link and send it to the external person (considering that this person has already created a BridgeApp account). Once they open the link and request to add you as a contact, you will receive a contact request. After you accept it, the contact will be added to your Contacts list. Contacts are designed for working with clients, partners, and other external collaborators while keeping internal workspaces secure.
BridgeApp offers a unified settings system for both global and personal preferences. In future versions, settings will be more role-based and permission-specific.

The System Settings section is accessible from the left menu (gear icon) and includes the following areas:
BridgeApp provides flexible billing to help you manage costs and scale the platform to fit your needs.
There are three independent billing categories:
BridgeApp provides dashboards to monitor:
Each user has access to their personal profile settings.
To edit your profile, click your avatar in the bottom-left corner → View Profile, or go to Account Settings → Profile.
You can:
Future tabs under Account Settings (depending on user role and system configuration) will include:

After successful login, users land on the Home Page — a personal dashboard and entry point to the BridgeApp platform. This section is actively evolving.

The Home Page is designed to help users navigate work efficiently by providing:
A consolidated view of all tasks that involve you, sorted by status and priority. This section helps you stay focused and quickly access what matters most.
Tasks are grouped into categories:
A real-time feed of recent updates and changes across your workspace:
Filter options:
A quick-access input to interact with Bridge AI directly from the Home Page. Ask questions, generate insights, or get help with tasks using AI agents.

Coming soon: the Home Page will be enhanced with widgets, statistics, reminders, and AI-powered recommendations tailored to your activity.
BridgeApp fully supports a multi-company reality.

With one BridgeApp account registered under a single email, you can work across multiple companies and projects, switching between them easily.
At the same time, you can connect with people simply as contacts, using BridgeApp like a messenger across organizational boundaries.
You can always see all companies where you are a user or a contact, making it clear where conversations live and in what context.
