You can collaborate with teammates, external guests, and AI agents; start calls, share files, and keep all context tied to your tasks and projects.

The Chats section centralizes all communication:

At the top of the Chats panel, click the + button to:

This tab a single place for all your private conversations, even if they belong to different workspaces.
Once you’ve added someone as a contact, you can invite them to specific workspace chats. After joining, the contact will have visibility only into that particular channel, which will appear in their Chats module. They won’t be able to access any other channels, modules, or areas of your workspace.

This allows you to collaborate with partners, clients, or contractors in a controlled way, without giving them full access to your internal company environment.
